Head to id.bulkbrains.com
Ensure you have already logged in, if not, log in first.
Once logged in under My Details click the "Change Password" button.
You will receive an email with a 6 digit verification code. Copy this and paste it into the field provided, Then click "Verify".
You will then be prompted to reset your password. Type your new password in the field provided and click "Reset".
